I had a recently memorable stay. the reception team greeted me without missing a beat, making me feel at home. I loved that the rooms had a kettle, perfect for my late-night tea cravings. My kids thought the in-room dining was a game, despite some hiccups in timing. the lounge staff was fantastic, especially Abrahim, who told me about unseen fireworks. Next time, I’ll pack extra patience, but that’s just me, a busy Emirati mom juggling it all.

High-class and beautiful place, I truly enjoyed to be here.

I was satisfied with the spacious and beautiful room, there were a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes just in case. The hotel location was absolutely perfect in the middle of the city.

the hotel is clean, has views of the sea. the property staff is amicable and nice. the building is amazing and the rooms are clean. it is undoubtedly a 1st class and absolutely amazing option when you are in dubai.

Mind-blowing comfort, super cleanliness. Hotel is brand new, offering jaw-dropping facilities like kids playrooms. The front desk team, especially Mr Aly, is amazing! Stayed here 3 times, by far the best.
